Former First Lady Dr Christine Kaseba has been Appointed and Sworn-In as Zambia’s Ambassador Extra-Ordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Zambia to the Republic of France.


And Speaking During the Swearing in Ceremony at State House, Today (MONDAY) President Edgar Lungu says Dr Kaseba has Vast Experience as a Health Practitioner for Over 30 Years and Worked as a Consultant as Well as Lecturer.


President Lungu says Dr Kaseba’s Skills have seen Her do a lot of Work for the United Nations (UN) and other Agencies in Zambia and Abroad.


And the Head of State has Appointed Mr. Mpongwe Gabriel Munshya to the Position of Public Policy Specialist in the Policy Analysis and Co-ordination Division at Cabinet Office.
