BUS DRIVERS JUSTIFY THE TREND OF REFUELING WITH PASSENGERS

The Road Transport and Safety Agency has observed that some public service vehicles have continued refuelling with passengers on board despite being warned.

 

RTSA Information Officer Roy Habalu reiterates that the act is not only against the law puts the lives of passengers at risk.

 

In an Interview With 5fm News Habalu has warned that those who will be found wanting risk being taken to the fast track court.

 

But some Bus Drivers interviewed by 5fm News say they have been failing to adhere to the directive because they face resistance from passengers.
