Lusaka province minister, Bowman Lusambo has joined chief government spokesperson, Dora Siliya and eastern province Minister Makebi Zulu in challenging opposition united party for national development leader Hakainde Hichilema to substantiate his claims that ZNBC and ZAFFICO have been sold to the Chinese.
Mr Hichilema is on record claiming that the ZNBC has been sold with the recent comment being that which he suggested that ZAFFICCO has been sold.
Speaking during a Press Briefing in Lusaka today Mr. Lusambo states that he will also resign as Lusaka province minister if it is true that government has sold the said national asset to the Chinese.
The Lusaka Province Minister says this is because it will no longer be worthy for him to continue serving in a government which does not care about the plight of the masses.
And Mr.Lusambo adds that people have lost confidence in the oppostion political parties because they have concentrated on spreading lies and rumours about government.
He says politics is about providing checks and balance and has since urged leader of opposition in parliament Jack Mwiimbu to advise Mr.Hichihilema correctly.
