The government has revealed that it will spend 2 million kwacha on the constitution refinement process.
Recently cabinet approved the road map for the amendment process.
Justice Minister given Lubinda informed the nation through parliament that the Constitutional refinement process will only fail if stakeholders do not support it.
He has since urged the parliamentarian and stakeholders to ensure that they are proactive in the constitutional amendment process to ensure its success regardless of political affiliation.
Meanwhile, Lubinda says the government has no hand in the dialogue further stating that it a process that should be handled by political parties.
