Foreign Affairs Minister, Joe Malanji says the decision to allow Zambian citizens in the Diaspora to vote will enable them to contribute towards important national duties of the country.

Forum delegates on Monday this week unanimously agreed that Zambians in the Diaspora must vote through embassies or consulates in countries they are based.
