The popular Jamaican Reggae Group, Morgan Heritage — fondly acknowledged by many as the royal family of reggae took to the stage on the 24th December 2018, the eve of Christmas at the Lusaka polo grounds (show grounds) Zambia.

They kicked off the premiere show of the Africa x Jamaica tour in Zimbabwe’s capital city Harare the band is also set to perform in Ghana, Kenya, and close out the tour with a final show on the Tanzanian island, Zanzibar on January 19th.

Morgan heritage group member, Gramps Morgan has observed the need for the artists to continue embracing what he termed as edutainment.

speaking in an exclusive interview with 5fm news the reggae artist says music has to be educative and that people must be able to relate to it.

Their current song “Africa X Jamaica,” featuring Ghanaian dancehall artist Stonebwoy, and Tanzanian afro-pop singer diamond Platnumz, is a major hit that continues to gain increasing popularity.
