notes that the recent launch of the Online Open Education Resource Model to address the challenges regarding access to education must be supported with enhanced internet accessibility.

The Ministry of General Education has highlighted that about 2,900 electronic resources and content for the model were developed that will enable learners to get information using internet-enabled gadgets.

SESTUZ Vice President, Kennedy Zyangale observes that the purpose of the model will not be actualized as some rural areas are still having challenges with accessing internet services hence the need for more stakeholder interventions.
