Stakeholders are shocked that the National Dialogue Forum by consensus endorsed the amendment of the constitution to re-introduce the position of deputy ministers.

Speaking to 5fm News Chief Chipepo on the Tonga people in Gweembe district has questioned why such a clause was considered in the first place when the current cabinet ministers are struggling to address economic challenges.

The traditional queried where the government will get the resources to sustain the deputy ministers amidst cries of hunger among citizens.

And Youth Development Foundation Executive Director Chinoya Muyeye has described the decision as irresponsible and not inspiring to the youths.
