BISHOP KAKUWA

By Christopher Chisi

A Lusaka based Clergyman has called on both Ruling Patriotic Front and the Opposition United Party for National Development to stop the use of weapons and guns and declare a ceasefire, immediately.

Apostolic Leader for Access Church Africa Overseer Bishop Richard Kakuwa says the emerging trend of using weapons and guns by political party carders if not curtailed will pose a serious threat to the 2021 general election.

The senior clergyman also notes that the use of guns is not the kind of politics Zambians desire especially that the country is known to be among the peaceful nations in the southern region.

He has since urged political parties to tame their cadres.
