National Guidance and Religious Affairs Minister Reverend Godfridah Sumaili has attributed the continued establishment of brothels to the high level of tolerance in immoral activities in the Country.
It has been reported that a group of girls in Lusaka’s Olympia Township have established a massage pallor when in fact it is a brothel were different men are being charged 1,000 kwacha for what they term as special messages to have sex.
Speaking in an interview with 5fm News, Reverend Sumaili says it is unfortunate for young girls and women to engage in such illicit activities as they only promote prostitution and the spread of HIV and AIDS.
Reverend Sumaili, however, says the Government has instituted investigations in the matter and is committed to ensuring that National Values and Principles are upheld in the Country.
